I love jelly (Brit for jell-o) and I like to eat the squares 'raw' from the packet. Did you know that it toughens your fingernails, so if you play guitar or banjo, you'd find it to be a Good Thing! We used to be given a pink blancmange rabbit nestling on a bed of green jelly at Birthday parties in the fifties. I always asked for some of the 'grass' rather than the blancmange. And don't say you hate sherry trifle. It's gorgeous!
