Godwin's Law was bound to apply sooner or late here, as AH was one of history's most noted anti-smokers ~~ one of the few things I have ever found to agree with him about. I have always enjoyed the aperçu attributed to him: "Cigarettes are the red man's revenge of the white man for gin".
