Hello everybody..

My G7 was one of the first ones - I used it in the "down" position. It literally fell apart of its own volition and fell off the guitar after a short period of use. Result - a crumpled mass of metal on the floor and one song ruined.
I contacted the makers, was told there was a design fault in the originals and instantly offered a replacement. I declined. But I did request one of their "Nashvilles" instead, was given one and have had it and liked it for several years, now, with no problems at all....
All's well that ends well, in this instance.. G7 were good to deal with- a pity they put them out too early in the development - they were a damned expensive piece of kit at the time and still are!! :-)
