Subject: RE: Declutter and Fitness in early 2014
It's chilly here but I'm feeling frozen after reading some of your entries! Stay healthy and warm, everyone! We're supposed to get down to 19o early next week. This is so odd for this part of the country, all of these continual hard freezes.

I'm shifting my schedule to go to bed earlier and get up earlier - thanks again Alice for the advice about the amber lenses. I'll employ them as part of the process. I need to reset my nightowl clock (it's always worse after a long break when there isn't a bedtime for grownups).

Not a resolution, just an observation that I'm tired of a lot of the stuff that comes through social media: I'm planning to cut back on facebook and switch back to reading links that come through twitter. I get better articles and far fewer embossed memes over there. And last year I got back to a lot more reading of books on paper - I brought home from the library yesterday to scan through - I figure I'll narrow it down to one or two of them on this subject to read and return the rest.

I'm back doing the alternate day fasting. I know I added a couple of pounds over the holidays; everything fits but I notice my jeans are a little more snug than before. I want to finish this, reach my target weight and move forward from there (and probably do the alternate fasting a day or two a week when I reach my target to stay there).

It looks like we all have a cold weekend coming up. Everyone enjoy the time you're spending indoors and get a lot done now, if you're anything like me once the weather is warm and nice I won't pay much attention to housework, I prefer the garden.
