Every year we (wife and kids) go to Hope Bay Ontario, on Georgian Bay, part of the Great Lakes, to spend Christmas with the family. This will be the first year without Dad (who died in August) so the vibe will be a little different. It is one of the most beautiful places on earth, surrounded by the Niagara escarpment on the Bruce Peninsula, and probably the reason why I haven't travelled much. If there was the remotest chance of a job nearby I'd live there.
