I have marching orders - a reminder came to schedule my next colonoscopy. What a miserable thing to prepare for. I also have to go in for bone density and mammogram. This is a reminder of the anniversary with the physician I use now (GP) - she's the one who insisted I go ahead and get the first one done, she's a strong advocate of preventive medicine (a good thing!) Usually when I go in I see her nurse practitioners for things like sinus infections and poison ivy, but every so often there is this stuff.
