I found reference on other websites that the original lyrics (requested 13+ years ago) "might be" Turkish, or "might be" in some Arabic language. I tried to find information on the lyrics to "Sanvean" a few years ago, and found that it wasn't a language, just sounds. Not quite overtone singing, not quite scat, but something of both. I'd guess on this song, the English lyrics are the only lyrics there are.
