Sorry, Mick, that historic founding post appears to have been lost to history. Maybe never happened - confined to secretive closed door pm's and phone calls because y'all were afraid of losing revenues if others caught on too soon, and maybe stole the copyright. Or if it did happen, in writing, and was not preserved, it now lives only in the annals of oral history, and is now bonafide folklore!
