I hear you all out there and I am aware of all the problems

I've tried so hard to give up before via hypnosis, acupuncture , gum , patches ,inhaler etc. and none of it worked

I now have no nicotine left in my body - I find that hard to believe - what I'm fighting now are the psychological effects of the addiction but today ( Day 5 ) has been much better. no bad side-effects or cravings.
I hope it's all 'up' from here.

I love the sex substitution theory, Terry, and once would have considered it a challenge but nowadays I know my limits.
