Here in Alaska, I know three Koreans who have gone back to Korea to have them implanted. MUCH cheaper there, they say. However, I don't know if they figure in the cost of the trip itself.

One- a woman - even had silver bits put in several of her new teeth. I don't quite see the point of that, but then, it is not in my culture. I know, though, that a few generations back gold bits/teeth were popular, or at least significant, in this country. Come to think of it, I recently saw a photo of some rapper somewhere with gold teeth.

That way one needn't have pockets. :)
