I don't think sheet music exists for this (or not that I know of), because this is one of the songs made up by Frances, the little badger in Russell Hoban's series of children's books. This particular song was from "Best Friends for Frances". Frances' songs are great, and the books themselves are brilliant. I wish there was sheet music available for the songs too!
