Snowing again and cold in Ottawa, but I'm feeling virtuous with the cellar mucked out and the study tidy for the first time in months. I hope nobody out there is yearning for a heavily used loose-leaf copy of Volume I (Administration) and Volume II (Discipline) of Queen's Regulations and Orders for the Canadian Forces, dated 2008.
