For those who do not know the "Lizzie Cornish" persona from her appearance on other threads: she started this one for no other reason than her own problems with "trolling", faked identities, vile accusations, and ardent zeal. No need to discuss Ms. Chapman, we have our own multitude of "you know who"s, including (as Greg suggests) but not restricted to the OP herself.

There is a difference though: in spite of her queer motives, Ms. Chapman acted on a very rational plan for precisely defined goals. In contrast, aggressive Mudcatters often fail their self-professed agenda completely, and any possible secret one, except for making fools of themselves (- "onanism", as one of them admits or boasts).

What can be done? Tell them from time to time, so that they cannot plead ignorance. Offer help, or recommend seeking help, only if success seems likely. Ignore otherwise.
