Eliza the same thing happened to me this year with the Yahoo passwords so after using it for years I've gone back to Hotmail. I even tried all the serial numbers off my train ticket to Whitby but it still wasn't strong enough.
Yahoo was great a couple of years ago in the blue version, I originally used it on dial-up but now they've improved it to being useless. Hotmail too has been spoiled by progress but its least worst.
Then two days later Hotmail refused my password and I had no Yahoo to send the reset to so I took out a gmx but can't recommend that.
A couple of friends have suggested gmail.
