They're always fussing about the 1954 definition, or cursing even tempered scales, or mumbling about Ewan McColl, or blaming the plight of the world on the late Dave Bulmer. They invoke "The Tradition" and...oh, wait, no, I was just taking a sarcastic swipe at a couple of other never ending non-musical threads;-)
