Up near the top of this thread Sandra says that she has changed her views about who wrote a song, based on the first list posted.
But later lists give the same titles with different names, so it must be the person who recorded it, not necessarily the writer.
Lots of familiar tunes.And they have had more recent pop come-backs. E.g. Daddy Wouldn't buy me a Bow Wow, in the early 50s. But I can't imagine that one being played in any strict Folk club, though it's probably been discussed here.
