Highlight just the RED bits on the screen and copy them into a file called (say) Hippo.txt on your desktop. Then just drag that file over the Text2midi icon until you see a "+" and release the mouse. Sometimes these programs put the midi in a weird directory so the use FIND from the Windows start menu to look for "Hippo.mid"
