I meant to post this earlier, but the flu had other plans for me.

It was a joy to watch John play his old Gibson guitar and he loved to encourage others to play and sing the old songs or find new ones to share. The music flowed from him freely and we are now diminished with his loss.

We see so many threads concerned with disruptive behavior at open music gatherings... here was a gentleman treasured for his generous spirit and willingness to make music jams wonderful memories.
