'Forced upon', as opposed to, 'usually do so by force.' I guess if you want to split hairs over semantics, be my guest...the thought and deed is the same. If a predator 'gains the confidence of a child' or is disarming to a child, the adult does have an unfair 'advantage'. 'Consent' is also confused with 'confused and intimidated', and I think we'd both agree, 'a type of forcing'.
