Dutch song

I heard it on a television broadcast of the Liverpool Tall Ships festival many, many years ago.

It was sung by a Dutch shanty group (choir) but was sung in English so many not be a Dutch song.

If by some happy chance you recognise it from having seen the same programme, I'd be interested in knowing who the group was too.
