Snuff, dip, chew, are all the same things, I think. When I was in the Navy there was a Second Class Petty Officer who chewed tobacco. He used to spit into the bilges until we rebelled aginst going down there to clean and work. Then he started with that disgusting little paper cup of nauseating brown sludge. Otherwise he was an all right guy.
