In the fresh apple pie he made a huge crater
He snarfed up the pizza from the refrigerator
Of the left-over chicken he made very short work
and every olive and pickle that lurked
In the dim dark recesses of our frigidaire
he had ketchup and cookie crumbs stuck in his hair
his fingers all greasy from a large piece of mutton
he even ate Rudolph's carrot,the ravenous glutton!
Then he sat down and picked up my new Larrivee
and laying it thus on the top of his knee
started joking and singing with a full head of steam
and I knew that the guy with the beard was Art Thieme!
