Gee, and our Easter dinner will be corn-cob smoked ham, artichokes with Hollandaise or mayonnaise and something else I've forgotten. It's coming together rather slowly, as I'm still lamed up and Pat's setting up a quilt show starting next Thursday (y'all are invited to the show).
