InOBU - As a kid I grew up in New Jersey and remember being told by my father that we could not go fishing in the Passaic River because it was too dirty. Now the shad are coming back and you can fish there again. I really feel New Jersey has made great progress in recent years. I can also personally relate that according to my customers, manufacturing plants, that New Jersey makes them conform to discharge standards which I just do not run into in neighboring states. I hope I am right too with my judgement of Whitman, and if I am the EPA will be well run.
