"Probably good with a contingency plan to outline it first, Richard. (No offence meant.)"

My contingency plan was (and is) to have somewhere else to go, so I was asking for suggestions where we can go. Sandra then suggested one place. Plan in place! (Unless the GUEST has a better suggestion.)
