No ..not having a go at you dear boy..you are definatly a gentleman in evry sense of the word.

But some of teh so called "Fringe" all they are inrested in is their own little corner own little circle of smug little pals therir own little in jokes.

I have seen at first hand good decent musicians been frozen out ot these little cliques

.Not only at teh festival but on a regular basis..The Sun being a prime example.Whoever is running these so called "singarounds" Have a lot to learn in folk etiquette.

At last years Festival, the two big fat drunken buffoons who were in "charge" of the so called sessions in the Sun were an absolute disgrace.

Putting there own matwes up tiome after time, Of course this was when they werent lurching to the bar for teir umpteenthe free pint...!!!

This aint folk music..this aint inclusive this does not encourage
anyone to be part of it.

I am going to buy me a ticket and go and listen to some real music by real people who actually CONTRIBUTE something to music
