I understand exactly what you are saying on this issue(I know we disagree on others) and hope you are not subjected to any abuse for daring to contradict the "liberal" view of crime and punishment.

To some people, crime is always blamed on society, but there are people with no conscience, who will commit violent crime without compunction, people who are simply thugs and psychopaths.
