Subject: Tech: In Wndows 7, how access command window?
I had (for malware/virus reasons) to have my Windows 7 reinstalled in my Dell Inspiron 560. In the process I lost my Command Interface icon, which has been an essential tool for me in how I use the computer ever since I first had previous versions of Windows.
In the process of reestablishing the Windows 7 OS, I lost the little Command Interface window icon, and I've forgotten how one finds that file.
Can someone point me to it? Please? I really need to be able to get to the DOS-like interface, so that I can create a Shortcut to the Command Interface.
