If the 'button at the bottom of the bax is missing, this might help.
Right click start Menu Choose Properties Click Start Menu Tab Choose Customise Scroll down list to Run Command button and select if unselected. Click Apply/OK Run Command should now appear in the menu window when you click on the Start Menu Button
