Mr Salmond forcasted 12 Billion a year. Do you think that governments dictate oil and gas revenues. Wake up and smell the crude. They are dictated by the big oil corps who will shift extraction to obtain the most favourable tax costs and profits where they can. They will screw Salmond to the ground.
