I agree. ~180 touches in the first 20 or so minutes? My thoughts? I know this may sound odd but it seemed to me as if Germany was practicing. Standoffish and then playing dangerously close with intricate set plays and meticulous footwork. Call me crazy but it just seemed to 'add up' as the game progressed.

I played Schweinsteiger!!! by myself today. That's where the first person to scream his name out loudly when he gets a touch gets to not take a large swig of ale but all others must. Since I was the only one playing, I changed the rules to a sip if I missed a touch before the announcer said his name. Just something about that name eh?

But... Argentina? Wow. Not the same (older) educated savvy as Germany but WOW! There are so many that could win that I am now understanding earlier posts about the open possibilities. Of course, 'on any given Sunday' (Yankee football reference) but I had three teams pegged from near the start... Argentina, Germany & France. Now, recall, I dunno squat about football so don't tell me I duuno squat about football as that is a given so my pegs are loose... fer now. Argentina?
