My Mother was born in Mexborough and lived in Elsecar. My granddad worked in Elsecar "Pits"

My mum's sister lived on Middlewood Road right opposite Hillsborough Park...across from the Library entrance.

As a kid I stood on the terraces at Hillsborough and booed Sheffield United....lol Also went to Oakwell a few times....ah the good old days.

I'm "posh" now and live in Cheshire...lol and sit in the stands at Old Trafford.

How the mighty have fallen.
