I have photos on Facebook. Perhaps I shall post others elsewhere, once I get home. That is why I cannot perform my part in The Duel right now: I shan't be home until the 27th, and I'll need the 28th to recover from a flight from St. Louis to Las Vegas to Salt Lake City and a shuttle ride from SLC to Pocatello.

You see, tomorrow I go to Notre Dame, Indiana to celebrate with a friend the 50th anniversary of her nunhood. Tuesday Pat goes home and I'm off to Illinois for a visit and, on Saturday next, to participate in a panel discussion on the activation of my old National Guard unit back in 1968, focusing on those who, like myself, did not serve with the unit in Vietnam but elsewhere. Immediately after the even I shall drive to St. Louie, overnight, and the next morning board the plane for the aforementioned journey.

You really oughta see the pix I have of sunsets on the Atlantic and especially the one of the "supermoon" rising. Utterly wonderful, but what else would you expect from me?
