I saw Boy with Green Hair as an 8 year old in 1948, learned the song on the spot and have been looking for more verses ever since. Since it seems there are none, I will teach it with an additional verse inserting London for Dublin and changing from 4 score and ten sir to 3 score and ten sir in the second verse I am making up-just to make it a little longer. It's a great little folk song. I guess one could make it any length and insert lots of different towns, including one's one home town, etc. That's the neat thing about traditional folk music.
