Yep, they still have the wigs, Jeri. Barristers have them too (dunno what your equivalent is of a Barrister - Attorney?). I guess it's a traditional symbol of authority and impartiality, and you know how we Brits love our traditions!

You're probably right about not being amongst a bunch of USians discussing TV - not many USians here in England, and my last spell in Houston TX was back in 2007 so I tend to only mix with my own kind nowadays!
