well yes!we were in tv series called Boon together - he was a boxing referee and I was a rowdy customer in the crowd. I seem to remember Mick Peat and Jack Hudson there too.

anyway I ran him home afterwards, and we were both chatting about the folkscene - and neither of us got many gigs. and they were so rare that it was difficult to relax once you got up there.

funny really different ends of the spectrum of folk music - but with the same problem.
