Woman's Hour is a BBC programme that's been going as long as I can remember.
Dating back to the time when women stayed home and cared for the children and men earned the wages. (Generalisation, I know)

It has always covered a wide range of topics, serious and lighter and is a loved part of Radio 4. Some were covered from a woman's perspective, but were of general interest.
