Apologies - he had a cardiac arrest in April, 2002, believed to be the result of viral cardiomyopathy. He died a year later following head trauma resulting from a fall.

However he died, my point was in response to Greg F's statement that he 'bases' his diet.......he 'bases' nothing, he's dead. Therefore he 'based' in diet...yadda, yadda, yadda.
