Hi, Kitty - yes, it was Alanww, and it was a wonderful three weeks in England. It was so nice to meet so many Mudcatters, and I've been friends with many of them for all these years since.
The most memorable event I attended at Whitby was a children's concert -- both Cyril Tawney and Janet Russell performed. I believe Whitby is were I first encountered Maureen Jelks - she was wonderful. And the afternoon concerts at Robin Hood's Bay were delightful, as was sharing a house with Dick and Susan.
