I just found a copy and was trying to put up a release on Discogs.

Jacket shows FP49, labels are FP 49 A with E4-KL-5907 and Fp 49 B with E4-KL-5908

Run out grooves have E4KL 5907 1 A and E4KL 5908 1 B
