Most events free, but main concerts for Martin Simpson and for New Rope String Band are now on sale from Hull Box Office.

The nearest totally free parking I know of is back of Anlaby Road off Icehouse Road on the west side and on the east side anywhere on Victoria Dock. Otherwise there is plenty of 2 hour free parking in the vicinity of events. The town centre muti-storeys are not expensive per day.

Unfortunately the Council don't seem to have got their head round the idea of campers yet, but they might realise after 2017 when it's too late.
