I came to Shrewsbury for the first time and attended my first ever session. Although I had printed the book and practiced a few of the tunes on my fiddle (recently exhumed after 30+ years) I only just managed to keep up, but I found it so enjoyable and inspiring that I have practised every day since I got home and intend to find a group to practise with in time for next year.
