I'm working on Rise Again, the second volume of the Rise Up Singing songbook. This is the version of "Jolie Blonde" that was proposed for the book. I'm not so hot on Cajun, but these lyrics don't sound like any of the recordings I found. Neither, though, do the Digital Tradition lyrics, which come from a Norm Cohen book. Anybody got a good, often-used version of the lyrics for this song?
