Here's a little more detail in addition to what Bill and Charlie said:

Starting and ending times: The camp is available from about 5 pm Friday until Monday at noon. However the actual hours people attend are very flexible. That's why we have all kinds of payment options.

Some people sleep in their homes. One or two even rent motel rooms nearby. Some come for just one day, or two days but no nights. (In this case, if you want meals, you pay the daytime rates.) I don't know the rules for people who come in the daytime and bring their own food.

You may pay for two nights, or three. Lots of people arrive on Saturday morning rather than Friday night. Lots of folks also leave on Sunday evening, especially those (like us) with a kid who has school on Columbus Day. (Actually, we make our 16-year-old son sleep in the van on Sunday night until we are through singing, which tends to be around 1 or 2 am. )

For linens, bring single bed sheets and a blanket or two, or just a sleeping bag. Bring a pillow. The cots are fairly comfortable, they are bunk beds but have decent mattresses. Arriving early will help get you a lower bunk if you want one.

There is light, heat, electricity, bathrooms and hot showers in the cabins. There are rustic cabins which I suppose lack the heat and the bathrooms.

When you get acknowledgement of your registration, you'll receive a list of things to bring, eg rain gear, a reliable flashlight for finding your way to your cabin after singing all night, clothing for all weathers, etc.

I personally recommend bringing some bottled water for brushing your teeth, etc. I also bring an alarm clock with a quiet alarm so I won't miss breakfast. (The diehard late-night singers may become violent if you bring a clock with a LOUD alarm.)

Bring your mudcat tee shirt if you have one. Name tags (very nice ones) are provided.
