Well, thanks everybody ,especially Mo ! I 'phoned that number (0800) and spoke (we both did !) to an advisor ,and it appears that Nicky won't lose any of the "inherited" pension from her late husband.So now we are looking for venues ; Stanway and Postlip are both nice,but we are not THAT well off ! Might have to say our vows AND have a reception on board MV Conway Castle on the river Severn ; maybe at Upton Folk Festival ? At least we'd be guarantees a crowd & some music / dancing (Mr Red !).
