That Seaman's Hymn for breakfast was absolutely special, CET. Made me want to cry from 'homesickness' even before I drove away.

Has anyone mentioned yet that CET is now a Doctor?

Thanks to everyone who brought and bought auction items and who tossed a buck or five in the hat for the Mummer's play. If I remember Charlie Baum's announcement correctly at the Sunday night concert (and I may not) 14 people were able to attend this year's Getaway because of the scholarship fund.

Deepest thanks to you FSGW folks for inviting us each year, and for doing all the work, nearly year round, that goes into creating what is really a sacred space musically speaking. Re-entry into 'fake' life is always hard after a weekend of folk music life.

Roger, I kept looking for you to arrive and you were definitely missed - but I'm glad you made the choice you did. We don't need to lose anyone else this year.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you to one and all for adding your sparks of magic born of the love of the music and the lore. There were new faces this year that delighted, and more than a few faces that were missed by this old hillbilly.
