OK - here goes:
Glendalough : glen - da - lock i.e. stress last syllable. Guttural ch as in Sassenach. Short second syllable.
Dun Aengus Doon - ain - gus . First syllable often shortened to "Dun" but the long sound is more correct. Hard "g" as in "good"
Brú na Bóinne : Brew-na-Bo-in-ye ("ye" as in "yelp"!) . Some dialectical variation in Irish language.
Croagh Patrick : Croke Patrick (long "o" sound). You will also, often, hear it as "Crow Patrick". Stress the "Pat".
Kilmainham : Kill - main - um
