Here's my idea for Iraq... Same as back then... Leave it the hell alone... Tell all Americans to get the hell out and let the Sunni/Shia 1400 year old blood feud play itself out... There is no victory to be had here...

When the Prophet Muhammad died in 632 AD the two factions set up a war within Islam as to which side would succeed him... Whoever that would have been would be dead for 1400 years...
