I like our house and where it is, so I wouldn't buy a new one......perhaps some remodelling and repainting though. Give a judicious amount to each of our sons and their partners so they can have a house free of mortgage, and a little over but not enough to spoil them; they will get it anyway when Himself and I both drop off the twig, it won't do them any harm to wait. A house cleaner and gardener to do the heavy stuff, no question about that!

An annual trip to Canada to see No 2 Son and his lovely partner, plus perhaps a little house so we can stay in our own place while we are there.

And I would never ever ever fly economy class again.

All I have to do is dream......dream, dream, dream.......
