To appear on Channel 4 Television

"Sunday Brunch"

Sunday October 19th at 9.30am



When the producer of the Channel 4 TV programme Sunday Brunch decided it was time to feature sea songs and sea shanties on the programme she approached THE NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM in Greenwich London to determine who would be the most ideal group to ask. As a result Kimber's Men, whom the museum described 'as the best in the country,' have been invited to appear.



Spokesman Joe Stead (Ship's Doctor) said "We are obviously looking forward to it very much. We were on BBC2 TV a couple of years back on Christmas Eve and this will be our first TV appearance since then. We've never appeared 'live' on TV before. It was really kind of the National Maritime Museum to recommend us. We played in Greenwich just the other weekend at The Tall Ship's Festival where we performed to a couple of thousand people".
